Client Obligations

Any delays in feedback or changes in project scope may impact the project timeline and final delivery.

Payment Terms and Project Timeline

Upon agreeing to work with BETHWIS LLC, clients are required to make an upfront payment, which is typically a percentage of the total project cost. This deposit is non-refundable and covers initial project setup, research, and resource allocation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the payment schedule agreed upon at the start of the project.

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other specified methods. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. BETHWIS LLC is committed to delivering projects within the agreed timeline. However, project timelines may be adjusted based on client feedback, changes in project scope, or unforeseen circumstances. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All designs, concepts, and materials created by BETHWIS LLC are the intellectual property of BETHWIS LLC until full payment is received. Upon receiving full payment, clients gain ownership of the final designs and materials, with BETHWIS LLC retaining the right to use the designs for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to BETHWIS LLC do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Confidentiality

BETHWIS LLC respects client confidentiality and takes necessary measures to protect sensitive information. We will not disclose any confidential information provided by clients without prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETHWIS LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services. In all cases, BETHWIS LLC's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project that gave rise to the claim.

Revisions and Alterations

BETHWIS LLC provides a specific number of revisions as outlined in each project’s initial agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to additional charges. Any requests for significant changes to a completed project or a shift in project scope may require a separate agreement and fee.

Termination of Services

BETHWIS LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time, particularly in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or if the client fails to provide necessary information for project completion. In such cases, any outstanding payments for services rendered shall still be due. Clients may also terminate services at any time but may be subject to fees based on the progress of the project at the time of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the CA/USA, e.g., CA, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of CA/USA, and both parties consent to such jurisdiction.
